CLEMSON, S.C. — The No. 2 Clemson men’s soccer team opens ACC competition on Friday night in Raleigh, N.C. when they take on N.C. State. The Tigers are 41-15-7 all-time against the Wolfpack and have won 12 of the last 13 meetings between the conference foes.
Clemson will be looking to continue its run of form, as the Tigers have started the season 4-0, outscoring their opponents 15-1 across the four matches. The Tigers lone goal allowed this season came in the ninth minute of their opener, and the squad has not conceded in the 351 minutes of action since.
Starting in net for Clemson will be 3rd team All-ACC goalkeeper George Marks, who would move into a sole possession of fourth place on Clemson’s all-time wins leaderboard with a victory. The offense has been led by junior forward Mohamed Seye, whose four goals are the most on the team thus far.
