Lakewood (Ohio) St. Edward three-star DB Tony Butler dropped me a note earlier tonight to tell me he will be visiting Clemson tomorrow. The Tigers just offered him on July 14, after he de-committed from Pitt on July 3. Tony tells me he has family near Atlanta, not much more than an hour's drive from Clemson.
"I just want to see everything," he said. "I heard its a great place and my family is raving about it."
Other top contenders here are Arizona State, Maryland, Michigan and Rutgers. Pitt is not longer under consideration.
