I think Luke milks more out this group and wouldn't be surprised to see some position flexibility and moving guys around.
LT For me, I think Leigh is all set for 24. I like what he was putting out in the run game for sure but someone said he left a lot to be desired in pass pro. I rewatched the last 2 games and I didn't see much that he gave up. He is more technical than most give him credit. Rarely penalized, out of place and the only time I saw him on the ground is when he ran slap over some dudes. His upside reminds me of Matthew Burgeron the Cuse LT and starter for Atlanta right now. Anxious to see what Luke does with him.
LG Does Tate come back and be more consistent? Howard is serviceable at best maybe? Any dark horses here like Owens or Pennington? My guess is, for the sake of prediction, Tate comes back and solidifies the LG position well.
C I know people are penciling in Linthicum but watch out for Harris Sewell here. I think he is really good and should get a shot at crossing over to C. Other guy who I think may get a try is Parks. Parks is probably our RG but don't sleep on a cross training here. Linthicum may well earn the center spot but we need him to work for it and he'll get a trail by fire on game one! Be nice to see him get some reps in a couple of days. My Prediction, Sewell wins based off being the 5th best Offensive Lineman on the team.
RG Hope Parks is back and as good as where he left off. He really was coming on and was getting great movement in the run game pre injury. He'll have to earn it and watch out for Owens here too. I'd also love to see Collin Sadler here competing. My prediction is Parks by a nose but Sadler will get some reps.
RT I think Miller will benefit most from Luke being here. If he has mental lapse and feet issues, Sadler, Parks, Owens, Pennington, Reed... Everyone should be fawning over the chance to up their value and take snaps from him at tackle. My prediction, Miller goes into season starting but gets pushed hard by Owens and ultimaly loses his job to Owens or Sadler. If this doesn't happen then I think it's due to a big step forward for Miller.
