Is how much fun this team is having. They look like they are having more and more fun each week. They do not seem tight and they seem to just be enjoying the moment. They are feeding off of all the positive energy and as many "super stars" as there is on the team, there is no prima donna personalities.

Watching the defense meeting the offense on the field after big plays and the offense doing the same. Sharing in others success, no one asking for the ball more knowing there are a lot of weapons, and playing with passion. The defense flying around and feeding off each others. I know winning is fun but sometimes with winning comes pressure. I think this team is playing loose and gaining confidence while peaking at the right time. You could sense in 2011 some stress and pressure from the success. In interviews you could tell the national attention and media love was starting to take it's toll and that GT let down almost felt possible.

With this team it seems the exact opposite. It seems they are embracing it, playing with a chip, and legitimately taking it one game at a time. I know you have to respect the game and you have to continue to stay focused or you will have a let down but this team seems to enjoy the win on Sunday and get back to work on the one game season on Monday.

All that is player leadership. As Dabo and BV have talked about, the best leadership you can have is not the coaching staff. It is the players on the field. This team has that and the chemistry and apparent love for one another in the locker room just seems special. It seems like this team has a true family bond. It is fun to watch

That'll be all!
