OT: Any Amateur Editors in the House?

So I am pretty much done with this draft of the cookbook and have had a handful of volunteers look over sections. Even so, I'd like to get a few more eyes on it. I am pretty much blind to it now.

Think it's in good shape, but I've published about 30 books (most of them yearbooks and football programs), and I've never published a perfect one. I know this won't be, either, but with help, it might be closer.

If you have a fair eye for grammar/usage and consistency, some time to spare, a desktop computer/internet, and maybe even some interest in BBQ, I'd be grateful for 4-5 volunteers to look through a section of pages. Here's an interesting recipe for the next time you have some leftover pulled pork (as before, ignore the current text colors; just that way for editing):
