One of the things I like about this board is the ability to get advice and feedback on stuff. I've like many a thread that I didn't have an equity in other than someone asked a good question and folks related their experience.
I'm a long time AT&T customer for home internet, TV and phone. I'm pretty pissed at them right now for a couple of reasons.
I've had Uverse since 2011. Last year I threatened to leave AT&T and they gave me a good discount to stick around. As soon as the discount expired, they jacked my bill up by $113 dollar a month. I'd leaving except: 1) changing email addresses is a royal pain and 2) Spectrum here in our area has a lot of complaints too.
If I leave Uverse, I can change to DirectTV Now (streaming service) and likely save a lot of money.
If anyone uses this service, can you relate the pros and cons to me? How do you like it. I have both smart and traditional TV's in my house. Are there buffering issues? How do you change channels: traditional remote?
Thanks in advance.
