Now living in Texas, I don't have routine access to boiled peanuts, which breaks my heart. I'm planning on boiling up a batch for our Clemson Alumni Group Kickoff this weekend. Anyone have a tips/recipe to share?
Just bought 7.5 lbs of raw in-shell. Wasn't able to buy any "green" peanuts.
