OT but very telling about obama.

It took four days and a lot of pressure to get him to lower the flag at the White House to honor the murdered American service men. It took less than 24 hours to bathe the people's house in the gay colors. I think we can figure out were his heart lies.
The President typically does not lower the flag for servicemen who are killed in the line of duty. Although I think a fair argument can be made that the particular circumstances of this situation warranted an exception (and an exception has been made) this is pretty much just another "lets find a reason to bash Obama" red herring.

Also, comparing the lowering of the flag after the deaths of servicemen and the lighting of the white house after a supreme court decision is a bit of a non sequitur isn't it?

it's not very hard to find things to bash Obama........this is just one of a very long list

The same could be said for a lot of politicians in Washington. Boenher and McConnell say don't forget us.

Boehner and McConnels wrongs don't excuse Obama's wrongs . Do you seriously compare his lighting the whitehouse with homosexual colors with the deaths of servicemen ?? He is without a doubt the worst President / leader in my almost seventy years of life . Glad I won't live long enough to see this go on , if indeed it does !

Bit none partisan also.

Only one that would compare and that is Jimmy Carter and he's white by the way nothing to do with skin color just don't agree with the ideology.

I was proud of our country for electing President Obama in 2008. I was equally ashamed of his re-election in 2012, particularly considering his ineptitude and pandering to the Jihadists during his first term. His consistent pattern of coddeling favor with the muslim world while regularly chastising and admonishing our predominantly Christian citizenry is a slap in the face to our great country. Semper Fi!

Race or color has nothing to do with it . It is ideology ! Obama puts this above everything ! IMHO he puts this above being an American ....whatever that means now ?

Because he is black, right @clemcol57?
No LVC11. The color of the man's skin has noithing to do with it. In fact, I could just as easlily argue that he is white as his mother was 100% caucasion. Black, white, red, yellow or green, THE MAN himself has been a serious disappointment. If his being one half black was what this was all about, he would never have been overwhelmingly elected then re-elected by a vast majority of white voters.

I am sick and tired of political correctness. The a$$hole above who points to McConnell and Boehner as examples of moral equivalency, f@c$ you. You are part of what is wrong with our country. Enough with the partisan BS you simpleton.

I would have voted for Herman Cain and would also vote for Dr. Ben Carson. I doubt you would consider either, I guess that makes you a racist. Yeah, I see how easy this is. Not speaking clem57, but you guys with the deck full of race cards are just lame.

Let us review: No matter what Obama says, he is wrong. No matter what Obama does, he is wrong. No matter what Obama does not say or do, he is wrong. No matter what Obama thinks about doing or saying, he is wrong. I think l have got it now. Easy peasy.

Good stuff. But I asked another poster. Thanks for the input.

Well I never asked you anything, but since you volunteered the info I also would've considered Ben Carson. I'm sorry but you must have me misunderstood sir. Race matters not to me, so I'll be damned if you peg me as a racist.

You must have missed my post above in your drive to accuse me as a racist...

The lack of objectivity and tolerance in this thread hurts to see from a group of people I have revered: Clemson people. Oh and it is certainly not limited to this thread either.

You should be ban from voting forever

Well didn't you peg Clem57 as a racist? Your faux indignation is laughable.

I'm sure he hasn't appointed you as his spokesperson so I'll wait for him to respond if he chooses. If not, no hard feelings. We are dudes are messages boards.

The one thing I can truly say during the last several years, Liberals really have shown how power hungry and hypocritical they can be. Freedom of speech and the sharing of ideas were great concepts at one time, but now, speak against this president or his policies or any tenets of the liberal agenda and you will be shut down and made to pay. Tolerance really has shown to be a narrowly defined term in the last 10 years and not as broad as I once imagined.

Human nature is so very, very predictable.

I'll afford you the opportunity to make it clear: are you considering me a racist?

So, in your mind it's ok for you to peg Clem57 As a racist, but you are indignant to someone pegging you as a racist. The point I was making is that playing the race card just because someone is opposed to Obama is lame. I have no idea if you are racist, just like you have no idea if I or Clem57 are racist.

I didn't peg the poster as a racist, I simply posted to entice a reply from him. Matter of fact, it wasn't your post to interpret and I'm not even sure how you got involved in this. You must have misinterpreted my keystrokes sir. While it may be construed that my original post was loaded, to @clemcol57, that wasn't my intention.

I don't have much more interest is conversing with you.

Hahaha. Well you did "afford" me the opportunity.

LCV11, I really didn't think your insinuation that I was a racist warranted a response. So sad that this is the only defense used for an inept President. His actions don't come color coded and his race whether black or white, speak for themselves. I btw am probably as far from being a racist as anyone on this board. Does by chance racism work in reverse?
