OT: Couple questions about prisoner exchange

i wonder if we inserted tracking devices on those 5? i doubt it with us putting a 1 year ban on their movement.

if we had put tracking devices on them, seems we would let them move freely to for intel to use clones to blow soome stuff up.

also- i havent read the timeline of our alledged deserter- but if they knew he couldnt handle the stress of the front lines- wouldnt his CO be responsible for his transfer to a less stressful job?

if his CO knew prior to his alledged desertion- i would place responsibility at his feet.

at some point we need to change our view of personal responsibility and start holding people accountable for their actions.
