i justed wanted to let you know i just got off the phone with a detective who is heading over to natalie's parent's house today to see if he can locate darcy.
law enforcement does have the authority to take him if he is there.
i owe the US State. Dept bigtime and all legislators who voted to amend the US chld abduction laws.
i finally handed all documents over to law enforcement yesterday.
