Any recommendations for dermatologists in Charleston? Got a few spots I feel like need to get checked out.

I am a melanoma survivor and have been going to Dr. Germain for about 12 years. She's as good as they get in town. Off Long Point rd.

I've gone to Sheperd Dermatology in Mt. Pleasant, and was pleased (only been once). Wherever you go, get them checked asap OP. Don't wait.
Marguerite Germain is bat shit crazy...but yes, she’s a good dermatologist.
Sandra Hannegan, Cynthia Wilson, and their PA (Carrie Zipperer) are all very good...located off of Farmfield Ave in Charleston.
Stephanie Smith-Phillips at Mt Pleasant Derm, is top notch.
Lee Yarborough in N. Charleston is also solid...and a pretty cool dude too.
Lesly Davidson and her PA (Melissa Loeffler) are also very good...and also in Mt Pleasant.
The rest are okay...but those are the best IMO.
If I had to pick one, it’d be either Stephanie Smith-Phillips or Lesly Davidson.

Todd Schlessinger is a good guy too.

My wife worked for Dr Germaine, they really do a good job. She is crazy and treats her employees like crap though, but she's probably top of the field in the area.
I was a patient of Dr Smith Phillips for more years than I can count.
I started going to Lee Yarbrough because doctor Smith Phillips just has too many patients. There is nothing bad I can say about her as a physician, but they will let you die of old age in that waiting room over there. I just got tired of it taking 90 minutes to go to a Dermatological visit.

She is a hardcore tree hugger and just an overall very weird woman...very hippi-ish.
I recommend any dermatologist that is a MOHS Surgery Dermatologist
