This is my first experience with a Fescue lawn. Looked incredible in April, but obviously the heat did a little damage this summer. Still looks ok but went somewhat dormant I guess.
Do I need to aerate and reseed in September? Any recommendations on brand/blend of Fescue seed? Do you mix in rye at all? Do I fertilize right after seeding? When do I put down pre-emergent?
Basically, give me your advice for the upcoming fall season to get my grass looking on point.
