OT-Financial Mortgage Decision

Ok mortgage/financial gurus I'd like your opinions/advice. My current situation is that I'm retired and plan on starting SS in 2026. I'm trying to decide if I should pay off my mortgage or not. My payoff is 87K @ 4.875% for 15 more years. My questions are is paying it off worth the loss in stock gains (401K), higher tax bracket this year and will my homeowners insurance increase versus no more house payments? TIA
