Prayers and thoughts go out to all impacted by the storms this weekend.
With so much property in the state damaged by flooding from the failure of the dams and apparently with some of these dams being privately owned, do the owners have liability for the flood damage? Are homeowner associations or developers required to carry insurance for this?
