OT: Lost Parking Pass

Does anyone have any experience with a lost parking pass? Is it possible that Clemson could reissue it?

I bought a parking pass for Wake from a fellow TI'er, and USPS damaged the package. The package showed up today opened and no parking pass. Any experience would be greatly appreciated.
