what is your go to sub and how should it be dressed?

Mine is the Italian on wheat with ham and all the various Italian meats, provolone cheese, mayo, lettuce, white onions, sweet & hot peppers, green peppers, black pepper, heavy oregano, and plenty of oil and vinegar. Toasted. Perfect sub!

Publix- Boars head turkey on 5 grain, ( only use 3/4 of turkey) white American cheese,
Light mayo, regular mustard, lettuce, 1 tomato ( only if look good sliced in half) , pickles, banana peppers, pepper, light oil and vinegar , cut the sandwich in half.

Never had a Publix sub but apparently I’m missing out. I hope they have oil and vinegar as that’s a big part of what makes a sub so much better than a sandwich.

Publix use to do a mojo pork sub. Was their mojo pulled pork and I would add pickles, Munster or provelone, and spicy mustard. It's still on their menu but last time I asked about it they said they no longer make it.

Go to sub anywhere is meatball on provelone or mozzarella with oregano & spinach.

Love a great meatball sub with grilled onions and peppers, sauce, and provolone and/or mozzarella!
