We get to our parking by going down hwy 93 in front of Tillman Hall. A couple of times this season the traffic came to a complete stop for 15 to 20 minutes. (It probably wasn't that long but it seems that long). In all the years I have been parking on Williamson Road this has never happened. Does anyone know what is causing this stoppage?
