Just finished the first season of Rectify on Netflix this weekend. If you liked True Detective, you'll probably like this.
The premise of the show is based on a death row inmate who is released from prison 20 years later after DNA evidence overturns his conviction.
The first season is only six episodes, but you'll know pretty quickly if this is your cup of tea. Season three is currently under production.
