Started to make an updated version of the SC sauce map, but realized I should gather info from those who live in those areas instead of simply basing the map on what sauces are served by restaurants in those areas. One thing led to another and next thing you know I have a comprehensive survey about many aspects of SC BBQ. Results should be interesting.
