He is coming with a cashiers check Monday to a local bank to make the exchange. He is bringing a bill of sale, a used vehicle condition disclosure form, and an odometer disclosure statement form. Are all of these pretty standard? Just asking as I've never sold a vehicle privately before. Anything I should be on the look-out for?
