I'm building and trying to decide if spray foam is worth it. Does anyone either work in the business or has had it done and can vouch for the energy savings and the sound benefits?
I'm looking at open cell under the roof and on the walls, and closed cell under the first floor (elevated, drive under house). I may do open cell everywhere, as I've heard it's not that much different and it's cheaper.
I have done some research and talked to some people, just want to see if anyone on here has any more info. My cost is about 3.25 as much as regular fiberglass insulation.
