Down in Charleston I am seeing lots of water damage on HVAC registers on the bottom floor of two story town houses and condominiums
It seems that the humidity in the air is creating a water spot where the cool area comes through the register as it passes through the insulated duct into the room on the 1st floor
How does one compensate or fix this problem
