Getting ready to rid the 'hood of mosquitos with the smoke off the charcoal and chunks of Apple Wood in the chimney starter. I have chicken tenders marinating in Mateo's Taco Sauce, to serve atop a "Mexican Salad."
Weather Permitting.....we're getting some much-needed rain in the Upstate of SC right now.
