The wife bought a rack of Baby Backs Wednesday. Pulled the silverskin and split the rack, then rubbed (kinda Tex-Mex flavored) and wrapped last night.
Fogging out the neighbors this afternoon with charcoal, post oak, and hickory wood chunks.
