Who's cooking over wood, charcoal, gas this weekend?

Set up the Weber Performer wayyy off set to do Pork Loin on Tuesday, using the same method on Turkey Breasts tonight.

Charcoal for the heat, cherry wood for the smoke.

Who else is cooking over real live fire this weekend (and yes, I know its Thursday, but I'm retired...so there's that).
