Okay, so I posted last weekend that I was smoking a Wagyu Brisket that had thawed during our week long power outage. The wife thought it was outstanding, I thought it tasted more like Pot Roast. Needless to say with only two of us, we had a shitload of leftovers.


Making a big pot of chili tonight with the remainder. Used the recipe below as a guide, not Gospel. Chopped up "fresh" jalapeños and onions for the foundation. Harp Lager for the beer.

Got some Tenderloins (Filet Mignons) for tomorrow.
