Cooking some 80/20 Sirloin Burgers tonight. Standard fare.....Mayo, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion. Coupla' slices of cheese to top.
Have another delivery of Wagyu cuts coming tomorrow, ao trying to clean out the freezer.
