I totally missed the texting thing. Why would we prefer to type a message instead of speaking with someone directly. Sure I can see being able to get a message while in a meeting or similar situation but not otherwise. Projecting the widespread use of texting was not intuitive in my opinion. What did I miss in your opinion?
