A couple of years ago I woke in the middle of the night with my heart racing . I was freaking out, not sure if I was having a heart attack or what. After 10 minutes of walking around the house and splashing water on my face a couple times I decided to go take a leak. I woke up on the floor with my wife standing over me in a big hole in the wall where my head went through.
I went to the ER that night and stayed in the hospital for two days, but the doctors still nothing wrong with my heart after many tests and evaluations.
This happened to me again last night, this time I stayed in the bed so I wouldn't pass out. My heart raced all nite and I couldn't sleep. My Arm even went numb for about a half hour. Obviously my doctor doesn't work on the weekends, but I'm gonna call him tomorrow. Today I'm fine.
Is what I've been experiencing a panic attack or something else ?
FYI, I don't ride the white horse.
