Maybe i missed the answer to this already, but what is the difference in Powell's position on official visits compared to Smith? From everything I have read, he decommited because he wanted to take official visits and Dabo told him he couldn't as long as he was committed. But Powell did the same thing by setting up the dates for official visits.
