If I could hand pick my staff (and being realistic that Corbin and O'Sullivan are not options) I'd go with:
Head Coach: McMullan or Bakich. I'm conflicted on these two. Either way, this coach would be in charge of hitting and fielders as well as spot recruiting the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. I don't like Lee as much as some here because of his connections to scar which I believe run deeper than merely convinience.
Pitching Coach: Jerry Meyers (currently in same role at scar). Elite pitching coach and I like his style of developing pitchers. Affiliation to scar doesn't bother me as he has been there due to connections rather than built in ties to anything in Columbia.
Recruiting Coordinator: I'd keep Bradley LeCroy in this role for southeastern recruiting.
