This time of year kills me with all the pollen in the air. Does anyone have any recommendation on how to mitigate? Not a fan of Allegra. Has anyone seen a specialist doctor and what has been your experience? I live in Columbia and this place is an absolute dust bowl. Any advice would be much appreciated.
