Watching news this morning showing pork production contributes 57 billion to US economy and US is lowest cost producer

US pork consumption down 7 per cent and production up 25 per cent

So why are pork prices such as bacon and pork loins so pricey

Maybe just my imagination

Love grilled pork chops, pork medallions grilled and pork loins along with BBQ

So what gives folks

Is pork the best choice along with chicken

Maybe salmon

Instead of beef

Nah still love a well marbled grass fed steak
