two close relatives of mine are fighting their own battles but are on the losing end at the moment...
One brilliant, current Clemson student continues to have Epileptic seizures and they seem to become more frequent. He should be entering his Jr year but the condition has held him back at least two semesters. Honestly the smartest kid I've come across, also happens to be family.
On that same side, an Aunt just survived surgery over night to clear life threatening blood clots in her lungs, we didn't think she'd even make it through that. Now the next few hours are just as crucial. If she can pull through she will still be in ICU for two weeks.
