I do not have any REIT stocks at this time , but I did I would definitely sell the Hell out of anything in New York State

Based on occupancy rates, low interest loans coming due to be refinanced at higher rates and recent Trump ruling making it a crime to do real estate deals depending on your name

Some of you will disagree and so tell me why

Right now my meager investment strategy is to be in the big 7 techs and hold a few pennies in cash

Wait for the huge drop to come and then jump on some decent interest paying REIT's

Any thoughts here
