I can with full certainty say if someone breaks the law by walking out onto an interstate to protest they have now told me they don't believe their life matters.

If it doesn't matter to them, it won't matter to me. I will do my best to avoid, but I will proceed not worried about hitting anyone.

Blocking traffic in the highway is NOT peaceful. Black Lives Matter is nothing more than a domestic terrorist organization. It may not have started that way but no denying it now.
