One name to watch as a possible addition to Dabo Swinney's support staff:
Lorenzo Ward.
Ward is currently the defensive coordinator at UT-Chattanooga, but there's reason to believe he could be coming to Clemson.
Ward and Swinney go way back to the 1980s: Ward played at Alabama from 1986-89, and then he was a graduate assistant for the Crimson Tide in 1991 during Swinney's junior season.
Ward coached at South Carolina from 2009 to 2015 under Steve Spurrier.
If and when this becomes official we'll certainly share it with y'all.
