Quick weekend grilling thread: How should I cook my NY Strip tonight?

Daughter is at a sleep over, son has a small filet, and the wife has salmon, so how should I cook my strip?

Have don’t reverse sear several times in a row. Maybe 500 on the grill for 10-12?
