Racist post are a disgrace. If people would stop being narrow minded and think about the fact that open racism is the very reason for these protest. You can think whatever you want in your own mind or your own home (that hurts nobody), but when we openly express our thoughts and feel that others should just live with it, that's wrong. Just as if a black person did or said something bad to a white person, we would want justice. I just hope the parents of our black student athletes are not as narrow minded as some our posters on this site. If they were, and felt that Clemson fans only like my son because he brings them entertainment on the field and besides that he is less than nothing, they would probably endorse protest also. What if DW4'S parents (or any other recruits parents) read racist post before making a college decision for Clemson and change their minds. I'm so glad the coaches don't hold the same mindset as some Clemson fans do we wouldn't have black student athletes or black students period (this school gets money from all races). Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but some things should not be publicized.

While I don't agree with 100% of what you mentioned, I do agree the random racist posts are not funny, witty or creative. It adds nothing to the board and actually sets it back. Same for all the "kys" comments on tMB.

It's only a matter of time before some racist with a TI handle (or rivals in general - not TI specific) does something dumb in real life and the investigators use their online racist comments for the story/case. Your comments posted here follow you. They don't fall into a hole or something. You press send and it belongs to the world.

I'll bite OP...WTH are you referring to? I'm going to say this...the term racism is V E R Y broadly used to mean anything you don't agree with about people. You don't agree with me? Must be a racist.
Racist is easily defining as seeing your ethnicity superior to another's.

You should identify what post you are referring to instead of making broad statements. This is the problem with these recent protests, generalizations without specifics. Point it out and let people respond to facts.

You've been a member of this board since 2002 and you need specifics in response to the OP's post? Perhaps you don't read much from The West Zone.

This is the reference post:
SC students plan to walk out of class this morning at 11 am to get attention to their demands.

And most thereafter. I really don't care what you feel personally, but I believe in Clemson and the program and I want recruits and parents to feel the same way.
