1) FSU. One-dimensional on offense but strong on D, they are still the king of the ACC until proven otherwise. Better at winning close ones than even we are. Nevertheless, you have to like our chances at home in this one.

2) @Miami. Miami is trash, like everyone in the ACC not named Tigers or Seminoles, but they do have the athleticism to give us problems on the road if Watson is not sharp, just like Louisville did. Best QB of anyone left on the schedule.

3) GT. I know, GT sucks, we should kill them. We say that every year and yet still haven't won in Atlanta since 2003. Fortunately, we play them in Clemson. Two ways to potentially lose this game- we let down after the big ND game, or Elliott freezes in the fourth quarter and lets Tech wear down our great-but-thin defense.

4) @NCSU. They always play us well in Raleigh, and Doeren is a good coach. Louisville stoned their running game, we should do the same, so it would take an incredible effort by Brissett to pull off an upset. Seems unlikely.

5) BC. If their QB hadn't been injured, they'd be a legitimate trap game. As it is, they have a top-notch defense and nothing else. We may struggle to score 20, but they will struggle to score 7.

6-8) @Syracuse, @Chickens, Wake. We could dream up nightmare scenarios that would allow us to lose to shitty teams like these, but if Watson and half of our defense is healthy, these are lay-ups.
