I am certainly no court room expert but, can't image he gets 20 years... What are the odds this punk does actual time? And how soon can we expect a verdict?
Personally I think a few weeks in the hole and then a walk of shame, similar to that of Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones would be an appropriate punishment. Have the walk occur shortly before the ND or FSU game, give the fans plenty of time to sip on some brown water.
