I have a 3 bed, 2 bath, 2000 sq ft house on Vista Circle in Clemson, 4 minute drive to campus, that my tenant is breaking the lease on, out of the blue, and it'll be available before the football season starts. I'm interested to hear from those who have experience renting houses for home games whether you think it would be advantageous to airbnb the house for the season and try to re-rent it in December. Seemingly, most houses that are available are for rent during the season have been gobbled up so I don't have much to go on price wise. What is the average rate people are charging for a Fri/Sat night stay in houses these days? There is ample parking, too (5-6 cars in driveway/street parking, and plenty more parking in the yard). Thanks all!
