What an excellent young man. He's an intern with our company this week and he's everything you'd expect from Clemson Football and PAW Journey.
We got involved with PAW Journey last year and the players get 1 week to "micro-intern" to learn about the real world. Ricardo has been humble, engaging and absolutely willing to do hard work.
Really proud of him and what Clemson stands for in the current climate of college sports.
Just had lunch with him and a few others. I asked him about being one of 4 schools to not take any transfers in. His take was very telling.
"Coach believes in us, he's loyal to us, it makes us all want to work even harder to make our coaches proud."
Easy to forget these are 19-yo kids we're cheering for out there every Saturday.
