I'll admit I was initially surprised that they are hearing it, but it makes sense given today's safe harbor deadline. I still expect nothing to come of this.
Also, fwiw SCOTUS unanimously denied the petition to stop the certification of votes in PA.

The details of this case are comical and it's going to get thrown out....just like every other case has. If you were even going to bring a case like this, it would be before the election, not after the election when you've already lost.
I understand the results of the election were traumatizing, but I promise you it's going to be OK.

They are all red states including dark red SC so I'm sure they would love to overturn the results. Regardless, SCOTUS will not throw out 10s of thousands of certified ballots because red states want them to. If it were a close election, maybe there's "some" worry but you can't unsee the 7 million popular vote margin. That's a mandate that cannot be ignored.

Did he ever get elected? Did Covid take him out? He wins with no competition without Covid.
He did beat a historically unpopular career politician because many saw him as the lesser of two evils, though she still won by 3 million popular votes. He probably would have been re-elected without COVID but COVID also shined a light on his ineptitude when a crisis hits. The racial strife made him look even worse. A great economy means nothing if that's the only arrow in your quiver. He was profoundly bad at managing those two events and it showed that when shit hits the fan, he shits the bed....and his diaper. America won't have the appetite to take a second chance.

They count votes state by state Einstein. 7 million is an irrelevant number in this case. The numbers that Biden is ahead in the swing states in the suit is within margin of the contested votes.
i mean ~12000 people died from h1n1 in the US, so i'd say he fared much better than our COVID response (250k+ deaths in US)
