Defense is ahead of the offense by a good portion. Not sure that’s a surprise.
Starting Oline was fair.
I thought Cade was late a couple of times and needs to continue to work on his timing. Not a shock for an inexperienced player with new offense.
Love love love the route combinations we saw. It seems we are getting away from run run jump ball…I know captain obvious.
Starting offense didn’t score against the starting defense until they started on the 25..
We have a kicker with a rocket leg…don’t always know where it’s going but he can kick it.
I did think the offense performed much better in the red zone portion at the end. WRs still aren’t blocking well.
The young DL and DBs are going to be monsters. Really look great. I thought Burley was ridiculously good all day.
For a first scrimmage I am sure some great film to teach off of.
