Semi-Monthly Charleston Thread

Sorry guys, I know this gets old. I am having my bachelor party in Charleston the last weekend in May and I was wondering if anybody had suggestions on cool places to stay (preferably downtown or on the beach) for 10-12. Also, does anybody know if there are charter boats that can take a party that large? TIA.
