So, can I take that as a "yes" on your part? Should Booker be guilty unless he can somehow prove his innocence? That is what most of you libs wanted us to believe in the Kananaugh debacle.

Second, right now this allegation is an anonymous Twitter post. If this person wants to come forward and tell their story then let them be heard. I won’t decide until that happens. Unlike you and your other right wing but jobs who started a post here calling Dr Ford a liar 5 minutes before her televised testimony began.

There have been rumors of Booker being gay for years which has prevented him from being a legit candidate. And the fact that you equate an election with “dragging your balls over the other candidate” just shows to are part of the problem in this country. Grow up junior.

It's a little more than a Twitter post. There's a letter. A reaching out to a lawyer. Lawyer recommending he contact Ronan Farrow. A statement that Farrow, amazingly doesn't seem to be interested, etc. He does remain anonymous, however. I would advise him, that to remain vertical and breathing, he should remain anonymous; as your people have a history of resolving problems a certain way.

This is interesting, because it's obviously just a ploy by conservatives, but I believe it has merit. Saying we should always believe the accuser is not only wildly irrational and stupid, it's also very dangerous. We should take every accusation seriously, but a 5th grader can see the obvious slippery slope in always believing the accuser.

Great post. It was obvious in the Kavanaugh episode as well as this one. So what what can we glean from the way the dem leadership conducted themselves from the Kav. hearings?

Yeah, well I just scrolled through that threadand the only thing I accused her of lying about, was what she actually lied about; which was her fear of flying. I did see some accuse Kavanaugh of lying.

well, in order to do what they think is best they need to win the election, right? That is why I doubt they are eager to run a closeted gay candidate. that will be the entire narrative.

We can glean that politics is a disgusting and shameful process. I honestly don't even care if Kavanaugh did everything he's accused of, those accusers had decades to come forward. They missed their chance. I think the democrats would have had a better chance of blocking his appointment if they'd just focused on how mentally unstable he is.
