Seriously, just a few points here and there, in no particular order.
- For the most part I'm really proud of OL, DL, DB, RB, but...
- ST- Work harder to shore it up and get things fixed.
- LB- Play is atrocious, need different coach that can teach the position and mentality.
- WR- Play is well below average, need to put right personnel on the field, likely a coaching change needed.
- TE- Simply have to have more consistent production here, especially blocking.
- QB- Need a really good one here, not just an ok one... I know, I know, thanks captain obvious.
- S&C- Probably ok, don't know, at least thoroughly evaluate the crap out of it.
- Offensive play calling- It really is offensive and is a shit show, Riley not getting it done... go find one that can.
- HC- Re-structure contract to receive half of your salary... Yeah, I don't know how in the world you're gonna make it on 5+ mil. a year, but figure it out. Then, take the other 5+ mil. and re-allocate it to bolster staff, acquire talent, retain talent, etc... Don't really care how you do it (fudge the numbers), just get this program that's headed straight for mediocrity fixed! That would be a good start... you give, and we, the fanbase will give.
