Yes. It could be regulated. I'd rather the police spend time working on things other than a guy just wanting a blowjob after work. Not sure how I feel about this. Part of me says yes and the other part says no.

In all seriousness, it Sure should. Along with Heroin, Cocaine, and certainly Marijuana. Imagine if those devices were modestly taxed. Think that could possibly help out with the Health Care disaster the country is mirred in.
I don't think anyone will start having sex in traffic more than they already are. JMOAbsolutely not! It would promote more sex trafficking.
Yes. Prostitution only legal if you see prostitute within an hour of leaving work.Is that the only time?
Actually, making things legal tends to lower the amount of illegal activity surrounding it.Absolutely not! It would promote more sex trafficking.

Do you have any statistics you care to sight? You're wrong on the sex trafficking and prostitution. Look it up.
Shocking that you are quoting my post disagreeing with me.

Worst thread in a while.
Not sure you know how the black market works....Absolutely not! It would promote more sex trafficking.
@amynhop is correct on this one. the effect is particularly pronounced (in terms of an increase in sex-trafficking in countries with legalized prostitution) in countries that are high-wealth democracies.

However, i dont think you can look at the likely increase of sex trafficking in a vacuum. If you consider the larger picture, on balance, it could be possible that legalization is still worth it.
I mean, for one... @scotchtiger, think of the tax dollars.
Laws against prostitution, gambling and smoking dope are as worthless as tits on a bo-hog. The laws are not even slowing these things down. Never have. Never will. Not sure how I feel about this. Part of me says yes and the other part says no.

It'd prolly be like legalizing sportsbooks. The legal way is taxed, and the illegal way is not taxed. If it was legalized, then all the providers would not only have to be registered, they'd also have to clear health regulations.
What idiot would go to a hooker on the corner and risk disease when you could go to a brothel and be with a healthy person?
And, of course, it would cut down on trafficking.
I think women are most likely to be against it and men are most likely to be for it. It would NEVER make it through Congress.
Or to build the wall.Maybe they could just put a prostitute tax in place to pay off our natoinal debt.
