Uhhhhh I'm all for reform and change in Police funding/policy/training and excessive force usage, but disbanding a police department entirely? This seems like an incredibly boneheaded idea.

This should be fun to watch - from a long way off.

I think the right approach is to get the stupid crap off of the police. Don't make them the "catch all" for a city's problems.
